About Fleet On Demand

Fleet On Demand is a B2B solution by Free2move that helps mobility operators & car rental companies build and scale a fleet with no upfront investment.

It is designed for:

🎯 Internship Mission

As part of the Fleet On Demand launch in Germany, you will support Sales / Business Development by:

  • 🔍 Identifying & qualifying mobility operators & rental companies in Germany

  • 📞 Actively prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn & social networks

  • 💡 Presenting the Fleet On Demand value proposition

  • 📅 Generating qualified sales meetings

  • 📊 Building & managing the sales pipeline in a CRM

  • 🤝 Supporting deal closure & operational deployment of vehicles

📝 Responsibilities

  • Research & segment prospects (rental companies, operators, networks) 🔎

  • Understand client needs: fleet size, volumes, use cases, financial constraints 💼

  • Deliver sales pitches & follow up on leads 📣

  • Track activities in Pipedrive CRM 📈

  • Contribute to improving sales messaging & materials ✨

  • Monitor mobility & car rental market trends in Germany 📊

👤 Profile

🎓 Education

  • Student in Business, Business Development, Management, or Mobility-related studies

🌐 Language Proficiency

  • 🇩🇪 Fluent German (native level preferred)

  • 🇬🇧 Strong command of English (international working environment)

💡 Interests

  • Strong interest in B2B business models, mobility, and the automotive sector

  • Confident communicator, structured, and results-oriented

  • Previous sales experience is a plus (internship, student job, academic project)
