We are a Paris based Premium Women Ready to Wear Brand and we are recruiting a Store Manager for our first London flagship store in Chelsea.

As Store Manager, and a key LEADER within our team, you embody the Maison 123 spirit and act as a brand ambassador, while driving team performance in line with the company’s values.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Promoting and embodying the values of Maison 123, sharing the brand’s spirit with both your team and our customers

• Developing the sales team by identifying and nurturing each individual’s talents, while delegating responsibilities effectively to encourage autonomy and professional growth

• Sharing your expertise and strong interpersonal skills to enhance team capabilities and ensure everyone contributes to collective success

• Monitoring and analysing commercial KPIs to optimise store performance, and leading regular meetings to provide clarity on key business challenges

• Welcoming, advising and building customer loyalty by delivering an outstanding shopping experience

• Proactively suggesting improvements to processes, store results and profitability

• Developing and implementing distinctive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets

• Ensuring optimal stock and resource management to maximise profitability

• Maintaining a high-quality visual identity to enhance the store’s attractiveness
