We are looking for curious and creative minds to join our Evaluation Intelligence Department in 2026 (between January and March).
Subject: Communication and Knowledge Valorization Intern
Integrated within the Evaluation Intelligence Department, your mission will be to showcase the department’s scientific expertise, strengthen its visibility, and optimize internal communication.
Your Responsibilities:
* Promote the department’s expertise:
* Design and deliver impactful communication materials (presentations, brochures, videos, infographics…) to highlight the department’s projects and achievements to internal and external audiences.
* Support the organization of internal and external events to enhance department visibility.
* Optimize internal communication:
* Audit, refresh, and energize existing communication supports (collaborative platforms, guides, internal newsletters…).
* Train teams in the effective use of internal communication tools such as SharePoint.
* Develop tailored communication tools for scientific domains:
* Collaborate with scientific experts to create clear, engaging materials (lexical maps, explanatory visuals, presentations) that foster understanding and knowledge sharing.
Your Profile:
* You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Year 1 or 2) in Communication, Scientific Communication, or a related field.
* You combine strong writing and visual communication skills with scientific curiosity.
* You are well-organized, proactive, and have a creative eye for design and storytelling.
* You feel comfortable working in English and French (B2 level minimum).
* Experience with design or collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
