Qevlar is a B2B SaaS startup on a mission to radically boost the productivity of cybersecurity teams. We build AI Cybersecurity Analysts that augment Security Operations Centers. In just two years, we have:
Raised $30+ million from EQT Ventures, Forgepoint Capital and Partech
Deployed our solution with major Enterprises such as Sodexo and GlobalConnect, and leading MSSPs by the likes of Orange Cyberdefense
Gone through Microsoft’s genAI and Meta’s AI incubation programs
Expanded to the US market with a growing North American presence
We ended 2025 with a strong multi-million dollar ARR and have ambitious goals for 2026.
As Head of Marketing, you will own and scale our marketing engine to drive pipeline growth in the US and globally. You'll partner directly with the CEO and VP Sales to build demand generation programs that convert, while establishing Qevlar as a recognized leader in AI-powered cybersecurity. This is a player-coach role: you'll set strategy AND execute alongside your team.
You willOwn pipeline contribution: Build and execute demand generation programs with measurable impact on sales pipeline and revenue
Partner with Sales: Work hand-in-hand with the VP Sales to align marketing programs with sales priorities, account targeting, and pipeline goals
Lead the US market entry: Establish Qevlar's brand presence in North America through targeted campaigns, events, and strategic positioning
Build integrated campaigns: Orchestrate content, digital, field marketing, and ABM programs that reach CISOs and security leaders
Enable the sales team: Develop compelling sales collateral, competitive positioning, and messaging that resonates with enterprise security buyers
Lead and develop your team: Manage and mentor the existing marketing team (PMM, Content, GTM Engineer, Field Marketing) while continuing to grow the team.
Report to leadership: Provide clear visibility into marketing performance, pipeline attribution, and strategic recommendations to the CEO
Build for scale: Establish marketing operations, processes, and technology stack to support hypergrowth
Own and drive our brand strategy to make Qevlar AI a disruptive, category-defining brand in the enterprise SOC market
You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution. You're equally comfortable presenting to the board and rolling up your sleeves to write copy or configure a campaign. You have strong opinions about what works in enterprise security marketing, but you know how to build alignment with opinionated stakeholders.
You have:
10-15 years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in cybersecurity or adjacent technical enterprise markets
Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs with measurable pipeline attribution
Experience leading marketing at a Series A-C company (or serving as #2 with full ownership of demand gen)
Deep understanding of enterprise security buyers: CISOs, SOC managers, security architects
Strong partnership skills with Sales leadership - you speak the language of pipeline, not just MQLs
Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams (3-6 people)
Hands-on experience with modern marketing stack (marketing automation, ABM platforms, CRM)
Bonus points for:
Experience marketing AI/ML products to technical buyers
Background in SOC, SIEM, SOAR, or adjacent security operations space
Experience with European + US go-to-market (understanding both markets)
Network in the cybersecurity analyst/influencer community
